Equator multiple accounts and problems
I have been contacting Equator since the end of Sept. I have been told multiple times that the accounts have been merged but I am still as of today waiting. The post below is just parts of a couple times I have contacted Equator.

Some known issues with the Equator and Fannie Mae asset management company conversion

Dear Agents-
There is an error in Equator that prevents Pre-Marketing coordinators from simply rejecting BPO's in the system ( when corrections need to be made), having you correct them and re-submitting. Since our switch to Equator, the work-around for correcting BPO's has been for us to order an Updated BPO, and send you a message with the changes that we would like for you to make. With this method, you were required to start again with a blank form and fill in all of the information again.
Equator now the new online workstation for Fannie Mae assets mandatory training
Below is information regarding training for Fannie Mae and Equator. Equator was selected to handle all of Fannie Mae listings and most of all the outsource or AKA asset management compaines have already converted over to Equator some of the asset managment companies had their own portals through their website and some were using other software providers that had a workstation.

Mandatory Training:
Fannie Mae's use of the Equator platform is unique to their business and will require training regardless of your familiarity with Equator systems. You are expected to attend Fannie Mae webinar training before you begin using the Equator platform to manage Fannie Mae assets. Fannie Mae announced a new TV campaign is now the right time?
I have had multiple asset management companies pull their listings in the last two weeks they had for Fannie Mae and said they are unable to market.
The way I found out was always something like the following:
We have been recently notified by Fannie Mae that a potential title defect was found with regard to the above subject property. At this time we are required to place the file on HOLD, and Fannie Mae will place into Unable to Market status. We are only canceling the listing with you at this time; NOT the assignment.
You will still continue to monitor the property until such time that the listing will be re-activated; this includes, weekly inspection, utilities, and ensuring that we are secured. The title defect is said to resolve in or around a three month timeframe or beyond at which time we will reinstate the listing agreement. Should anything change we will inform you promptly.

This week, Fannie Mae launched the HomePath advertising campaign to promote the recently announced HomePath Buyer and Selling Agent Incentive. Just wondering how REO agents on ActiveRain like to approach Foreclosure visits for the first time after posting KYO. The question do you knock on the door after posting and/or when posting also do you mail out an introduction letter.
