A reminder came out from my local MLS board that property management scams on Craigslist, is also making the rounds on EBay and other websites.

Members of Ebay need to be aware that scam artists are posting residential listings, complete with pictures, online.

The fraudulent listings are posted with incorrect contact information, usually just an email.

This is usually only brought to the agent's attention when a potential buyer sees the post online and then drives by the property and sees the agent's sign and calls them directly.

If this happens to one of your listings, contact the website company directly to let them know it needs to be removed as this is spreading to other websites as well and make sure to contact local authorities to alert them.

In an effort to keep people coming to this area the TDC. The tourist development council had put this together in one week. The Northwest Florida Daily this week advertised the event and word has spread.

Adjacent to the Boardwalk, and listen to legendary artists Kenny Loggins and the Doobie Brothers. The Emerald Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau planned the Sunday concert to draw tourists to the area in spite of the oil.

Can the isle stand an onslaught of 30,000 Loggins and Doobie fans?

Tickets were available starting on Wednesday June 23rd this past week for Jimmy Buffett's free concert from the beach in Gulf Shores, Ala. also tickets were available at www.CMT.com, Ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster outlets starting at 10 a.m. CDT on Wednesday.

The concert will feature performances by Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown, Allen Toussaint, Sonny Landreth, Jesse Winchester and additional special guests.

Ebay in a correct move this week has removed any of the ticket that were listed for sale as this was to be a Free concert for the people of the gulf coast.

A statement from concert organizers listed a four-ticket limit, and tickets are required for entry. Concert organizers plan to distribute as many as 35,000 tickets to the event.

However, Ticketmaster.com listings for the concert indicate a six-ticket limit. Ticketmaster.com also indicates that gates will open at 3 p.m. for a 5 p.m. show, so those in attendance apparently will get more show than those watching from home.

If you were not able to get a ticket you can still watch the show or listen in.

For those unable to make it to the show, performances will be simulcast live on Radio Margaritaville, available on Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio, and streamed live on www.CMT.com. CMT also plans to rebroadcast the concert several times throughout the Independence Day holiday weekend.

BP does it again.

Days after the news came out of the disaster BP created in the Gulf Coast area, Jimmy Buffett contacted and teamed up with Vero Beach boat builders Dragonfly Boatworks to design and build special "S.W.A.T" boats to help rescue the wildlife in the area. (Read full article here)

Mark Castlow, the owner of Dragonfly Boatworks in Vero Beach, announced that BP has put a stop to their efforts.

Dragonfly Boatworks was scheduled to launch their 2nd of four S.W.A.T.( Shallow Water Attention Terminal) boats for use by the University of Southern Mississippi's Gulf Coast Research Laboratory. Unfortunately, BP's Incident Command Center has halted Dragonfly's efforts to save the wildlife BP has single-handedly destroyed.

I ran across a disturbing video today I wanted to share with everyone. The comments left on this video on Youtube lets you know how people feel about BP. "I hope this woman has a good security detail. She now has a target on her back. A BIG one. God Bless You, Kindra. You are so brave. This is breaking my heart."

I had seen this on TV and have seen ad's from them before but this one has stuck with me this is right to the point. Over 11,000 Guardsmen have been sent to clean up an oil company's mess, when they could be fighting our enemies and protecting America. Just another reason we need clean energy reform.
