I have worked with my first offer through OfferSubmission.com this week

This was answered within 24 hours. This is a good idea as far as I can see. This will allow REO listing agents to only deal with buyers agents offers that are acceptable to the banks or asset management companies. The following was an email from offersubmission.com to let me know they had accepted the offer that another buyers agent had sent in on a property I currently have  listed.
