I received a call from a builder this week one which is a larger builder in our area. Adams homes called me and said yes Brandon Jordan "I had just talked to ECAR about you being notified you can not use the picture you have listed on the listing Chinese Drywall Speical you have listed". The Adams home rep stated they were calling me to verify that I was warned by my local MLS board. I stated yes I was asked to take down the picture as it was for the wrong subdivision. I made our local MLS board aware that this was in fact the correct picture for the correct subdivision. I was told by Adams homes I had to take the picture down I told them I would not be taking it down as it is the correct one.

My question is why would a builder care if you had a picture of a sudivision sign for a home that is in that subdivision, it did not say the name Adams homes on the sign even though it is an Adams homes subdivision that has a documented case of Chinese Drywall,a fellow Realtor in my office had lived in the home for the last two years as it was the family's home for the last two years.
Adams Homes if you are reading this post which I know that you are as you have commented about it.
Know this that scare tactics of saying you will have to pursue this issue will not work on me I say go for it, I would like to see more attention to this issue in our local media.
My associates family is part of a class action suit already as a result of the home you built at
302 SHIELD DRIVE Crestview,FL that has been lab tested and confirmed to have Chinese Drywall.
