Do BPO's lead to REO listings?

I have had clients such as Clear Capital send me thank you cards for taking on hard to do BPO's and for the quality of them. Yet only a couple REO assignments have come to me with the 100's of BPO companies I am signed up with and I am signed up with all that I could find that have an REO side about half that number. The training courses out there all say do BPO's to break into the REO business and it will get you listings. My question to everyone on ActiveRain is this how many REO's have you received as a direct result from doing BPO's?

Jim Caldwell of the colts in my sports post this week

Indianapolis Colts hire Jim Tressel ESPN we dont need to have a Tressel update every commercial break

The above post I wrote earlier this month, I didnt think we would already hear talk about Jim Tressel moving up to the head coach position. It is clear that he was running the offense at Ohio State given the gameplay this year with the selections and just how great he was at it.

 

He is also known as a QB coach which is needed right now while Peyton Manning is hurt and they are working with new starters on the team.

 

The talk surrounding the currently replay consultant moving to head coach has came after their start this season at 0-6 this season. While many thought they would struggle without their QB I didnt hear anyone say they would have this hard of a time. It is being blamed on the leadership at the club currently I dont know that this is fair to the current head coach
