I was sorry to see that EAM is no longer on the approved Fannie Mae site on Homepath and then received this email.
 
 

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO FANNIE MAE LISTINGS

 

Executive Asset Management learned recently that we will no longer serve as an Asset Management Provider for Fannie Mae. We appreciate your service and value our partnership. We continue to service other accounts, and look forward to working with you on our other projects.

Effective Wednesday, August 10, 2011, all assets other than those in the categories of Offer Accepted, Under Contract or Pending will be transferred to another Fannie Mae AMP. We will retain management of the assets in Offer Accepted, Under Contract or Pending status until the earlier of closing or October 4, 2011. Assets not closed by October 4 will be transferred to another AMP.

Listing Agents will continue to maintain listings with us for assets we continue to manage in Offer Accepted status.

Although you will no longer be servicing your assigned assets with Executive Asset Management, you are required to maintain the listing services per Fannie Mae guidelines as you will be retaining your listing assignment. All assets not in Offer Accepted status will be transferred to another AMP. We do not know where the assets will be re-assigned, but you will receive this information with sufficient notice.

Fannie Mae has a standard procedure for transfer of asset management services to a new AMP, and we anticipate a very smooth transition. Following are important dates in the transition process.
