Social networking has become a phenomenon on the Internet and many of these online websites and tools are being utilized for business applications. Coldwell Banker is constantly evaluating the effectiveness of new tools for reaching out and capturing new clients and staying in touch with current ones.
Twitter is such a tool that Coldwell Banker is seeking to evaluate. We want to determine how many of our professionals are familiar with the site and how they use it to promote their business relationships.
