Congratulations! If you don't mind sharing, how do you come across these short sales? Do you market yourself to certain people or banks?
Sincerely,
Kathleen
Thanks for the comment Kathleen. There are alot of military that are moving out before the new 7th special forces and others move in the 33rd had purchased when they came in 05 for alot of them and have really little choices but to short sale.
Hi Brandon,
Lovely home , keep it up!
Great job on moving the short sale to a SOLD!
Thanks,
Tom Davis
Congratulations Brandon!
Great deal!
Kathleen if you are Realtor you may get some leads from your office or from your connections. If you want to be specialist in short sales you need to get some education first and than you can market to Real Estate Investors to work with them as buyer agent. Now you can market to listing agents and get paid as buyer agent. This is only one strategy of many.
If you are interested in working in Jacksonville, FL area let me know I am looking for a Buyer agent.
