"The Okaloosa County Board of Commissioners Proclaim July 23, 2007, as Dorothy Sibert Day for her distinguished service to the court system for 28 years, and for going over and above the call of duty," stated Commission Chair Don Amunds. "Dorothy advised novice and experienced attorneys on court procedures; could be a nurse if someone needed medical attention, and is just a caring person that is already sorely missed in court services," he added.
