Just wondering if anyone else has already become compliant with REOVM and what Bank or clients have required this compliance?

Hi Brandon, I'm trying to get into the REO market here in San Antonio.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  Have you had success with this company?

I have just signed up with them this week. Have you joined REONetwork I would say that would be the first step. You might also check with your local MLS to see if they have any classes on breaking into the business and any REO certification courses available.

I was a member and compliant for over a year.  Never received one email other than to renew.  I don't believe they manage any assets in Florida.
