Dear Agents-
There is an error in Equator that prevents Pre-Marketing coordinators from simply rejecting BPO's in the system ( when corrections need to be made), having you correct them and re-submitting. Since our switch to Equator, the work-around for correcting BPO's has been for us to order an Updated BPO, and send you a message with the changes that we would like for you to make. With this method, you were required to start again with a blank form and fill in all of the information again.

Oh the Trials and Tribulations of navigating in the REO & Short Sale waters......
Why don't they just fix it. This is a high end system and should be corrected.
I agree with Sidney. Seems like a reasonable expectation considering how many billions of dollars change hands and the need to make it a more "streamlined" process.
Sidney that has been my thought. If they are handling the volume that they have and advertise that they do you should be able to expect them to have more than one day a week that they work on known issues.
I understand that all to well. start over completely more work but oh well the listings still keep heading my way and I sure am glad.
Thanks for the helpful tip.
Phil
Now if someone could only explain to me how the heck to get the asset manager to contact the repair people directly to find out when the heck they'll be out at the property I have under contract...
Looking at my post again it may not seem 100 % clear. This was my communication I received from the pre marketer.

Brad how did that end up for you, was it a listing you had or a buyer?
Phil you are welcome thanks for checking out my post.
