Equator multiple accounts and problems

 I have been contacting Equator since the end of Sept. I have been told multiple times that the accounts have been merged but I am still as of today waiting. The post below is just parts of a couple times I have contacted Equator.

I'm about to submit a new short sale through Equator.  This is not good news..
