Northwest Florida Realtor: Equator multiple accounts and problems

 I have been contacting Equator since the end of Sept. I have been told multiple times that the accounts have been merged but I am still as of today waiting. The post below is just parts of a couple times I have contacted Equator.

Initial Question: I have ask for the account Brandon.Jordan@ColdwellBanker.com to be combined with Brandon.Jordan@NorthwestFloridaRealtor.com I was told that was only done on Thursday's. It should have been done this last Thursday as I requested it over a week before?
