Brandon,  I have a buyer that just submitted an offer on a HOMEPATH house, with their financing.  We are interested to see if it is really the best option with rates and all.  No MIP for life of loan is very nice!!!

Fannie Mae properties do have some good points to them. Good luck with your transacation. I hope they have all of them off the market that may have title issues and or questionable foreclosures it seems to me they have been proactive to go ahead and take off the market the questionable ones as they have moved a lot in my area to unable to market.

Brandon, really looks like a great property at a remarkable price and I hope that your marketing efforts bring you a buyer very soon. May the title issues soon be resolved. Cheers!
