Northwest Florida Realtor: Equator bugs

Equator bugs

To sum it up these are known issues that have been around for some time:

•     no fractions or decimals in the room count (this includes total room count, bedroom and bathroom count)

•     no text in the lot size ( basically the agent needs to use all numbers and SQ Ft. is ideal; however they can do acres as long as it is just 1.34 and not 1.34 ACRES, decimals are ok, but basically no letters allowed in this section)

•     be sure the date completed on the actual BPO form is after the date the BPO task was fired in EQ. (Be sure you are referencing the date of the BPO task that the BPO is being completed for and not a prior task)

I also want to add the double tasks when you receive two MMR's at the same time and or two BPO's and you contact the asset manager to let them know only for them to reply with I can turn it into equator but they are on back log for such request 2-3 months to remove task currently.

The following was from an asset manger noting the bugs in the system

"As far as the current population that didn't make it through to Trax, I will be reviewing each one of these BPO's to identify these errors. In order to have this corrected I will have to re-open the 'review initial BPO' task. If you see this task re-open, please coach the agents and have these corrected and resubmitted. This population of files are simple files that are ready to have a marketing plan done, and with all the files being moved to UTM we can use all the listings we can get."

Even with the bugs, Equator is a pretty good system to work with.

That it is. I just think we should all point out what can be even better. I would like to see them adopt some of the RES.Net features like the closing company information for listings being available to view on each listing and some things I do miss that was easier to work with on RES.Net with all the Fannie Mae properties. Thank you for checking out this post and the comment.
