HB 631 held this week at our local MLS ECAR on public’s customary use of beach

There were no parking spots left outside, the room in South Walton county this week was full to hear an update as to where the opposition stands to the HB 631 thats the house bill 631 that Rick Scott signed into law last year here in Florida to give private beach homeowners the land previously used by for public beaches. One of the speakers

Daniel W. Uhlfelder, P.A. gave an update and help to answer some questions.

Tonia Shatzel, a  retired veterinarian gave some great info with a slide show more info can be seen on the sites below.

"Find your  perfect beach" a former slogan of the Walton county tourist development council.
I have a feeling we wont see rental numbers increase like they had in the past year over year for 2018 due to this bill.
